Right from the arrival of raw-material in the factory to the final delivery, the products are genuinely inspected and monitored. Moreover KT Export has established a manufacturing plant at onion growing belt. Both manufacturing facilities and the R&D laboratory have been specifically designed to meet customers' requirements through the assurance of high quality.

Electronic Metal-Detection and Magnets, Electronic Auto Sorter (to avoid manual sorting), sifting, Granulation, Milling and Blending are the core elements of its control process. It strictly adheres to the International Standards prescribed by the Government or other institutions.

It always ensures that the raw materials are procured from the best cultivation regions across .The Controlled growing of these raw materials is the other sound basis for constant quality.

KT Export have been customized to cater different customers' specification. To ensure sufficient availability throughout the year, sufficient stocks are held on crop-to crop basis. Its highly advanced equipments and technology ensures the finished product as per international quality standard. With help of above, we can produce extra low microbial products viz. TPC level < 100,000, if required by the customers.
